start small. IE microlight aircraft and do it for fun. don’t try to make a living out of it unless you are really dedicated because that is going to cost you a fortune. i found learning to fly to be the best thing i ever did and its not too hard. just read the books and have fun.

It shouldn’t be hard…It does take some getting used to though, and it really depends on the person and whether or not they are alert enough to handle the occasional multitasking stress that pilots come upon, and how badly they want to fly

No, I am a pilot and it took me less than three months to get my license. I dedicated my whole summer to it and I only studied. I saved the time for fun till the end when I could fly my airplane. The biggest problem is finding the time, and money.The faa requires 40 hours flight time to get you privet pilots certif, but it always takes normal people about 60 to 80 hours, the 40 hours is an absolutly bare minimum. There’s just abut no one who can fly the plane good enough to pass the test with 40 hours. There is a big written test and a flight test.Every thing cost money and of course you have to be in good health, because you have to pass a pysical just to have your pilots certif

Nothing is hard if you put your mind to it. However, it is a costly curriculum.

Depends what do you want to do. If you want to fly small aircraft for leisure (e.g. your own private aircraft) you need a Private Pilot License (PPL). It is kind of easy, the only thing that can prevent you is health condition. You can contact your local aeroclub for more info.

If you wish to fly commercial aircraft for a living, after the PPL you need to obtain further licenses like Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot and Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). This is a long and quite difficult process. Once you have your ATPL, you can be hired to fly commercial aircraft (of course you will need a type rating for the aircraft).

Of cause its hard.years of training and digging your head in the book day and night.
